In partnership with ENACTUS Federal University of Technology, Owerri, we trained and inspired 51 youths in South-eastern Nigeria. The core theme of the seminar was on Business Plan Development. The seminar exposed the participants to the best practices in putting up a business plan based on the audience/readers of the plan. They were also exposed to modern business design tools such as Journey Mapping, Customer Empathy, Co-creation and Learn launch design thinking tools. To facilitate practical learning, the participants were walked through the process of wring a plan for the on-going Youth with Innovation In Nigeria (YouWIN 3) Business plan competition for an opportunity to win up to NGN10m in grant.

In addition, experts were drawn from different sectors including ICT, Agriculture, Finance and Education. They facilitators included: Dr. O.T Ebiringa, a renowned guru in Entrepreneurial Development at the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Mr. Kevin Ekwenwa, an Ashoka Fellow Mr. Onu Charles, a software developer and entrepreneur Mr. Udeogu Innocent, a financial expert. The participants (mostly school-leavers and serving corps members) were pleased to have attended the seminar. For sustainability, we are running business clinics and one-on-one guidance to most of them that are working on their ideas.
